Minnies Montana Cafe - Thompson Falls

Overcooked burgers and under cooked fries. Only 10 tables between 3 waitress, but ours was completely overwhelmed and horrible service. Kitchen took over an hour to make burger and fries. Place was pretty messy and several flies flying around.

Had to ask the waitress for water, silverware with the majority of the restaurant empty. I spoke with the manager on two separate occasions about a job, I believe she would benefit from a week or two of Manager Training classes. The most uninformative, rude and unprofessional, in my opinion borderline racist manager I have ever in my 40 years in the workforce. The cooks know how to cook though. The wait staff is very polite and they do very good considering their down a couple people.

Yummy breakfast. Home fries, yes. Perfect scrambled eggs. Huge pancakes and servings in general. (We should have shared!
