The man on speaker who took order was super friendly and easy to understand... The male in the window needs a retraining in customer service, as he was not friendly, and did not make sure to find a replacement for one of five hot drinks we ordered, a medium-dark roasted coffee with expresso shot. He told us the 5th coffee was not available. He urged us to drive away very rudely rather than fix the problem. I made it clear that we needed 5 drinks for 5 people and wouldn't leave even after he said we didn't order it. I made him realize we need a 5th drink we ordered. He seemed to offer a different size, but then he didn't give it when we got our order. The two of us were so frustrated that we drove out of the car and my sister-in-law just went in to get their coffee, which for the other worker did not go to the house. The drive through window males must be retrained as its professionalism in customer service is cruel.
Always steep tea. I'm the oldest in London. Younger gets the lemonade. Timber likes the Timbits. Great for a quick snack. All the time.
Long lines and slow times in the drive through but inside was alright
Normally pretty good, but as of recently I've been noticing that the service has been a bit.. worse? They keep forgetting things I order past the names of the items (i.e. asking for no sauce on something).
