Starbucks - Thomasville

This is one of my favorite places to stop whenever I'm heading between Tallahassee and Wilmington. This location always has a slightly better cookie, because they always warm it for me. When I ask my local Starbucks to warm the cookie they say yes and then forget to warm it.You should visit!

I wish I had the name of the older white barista who was taking orders via drive thru today (11/14/23) between 5:00 5:30p.m. very rude to paying customers. I had a mobile order I notified her from the order window and her attitude was poor from the jump. I told her I would like to add something else to my order and she said “what” super aggressive. To be fair there was no one in line but it is raining outside so maybe the gloomy weather is to blame for the interaction however it’s not acceptable.

Love the bar stools for to go order set up they have at this Starbucks should be implemented at all Starbucks. Great service too!

This Starbucks has the worst costumer service! It takes forever for anyone to get your order on the drive through and than waiting forever to receive your order, hoping is done correctly...I am talking about 30 to 40 min wait when they are only 2 cars before me. That's in regular basis!

Not too happy with this location, it looks like they do not know what they are doing, many times I've been there they either put too much milk to compensate for the coffee or fill the cup up with ice to the top to make it look like the cup is full and when you're paying $6 or $7 dollars for coffee it should be done, right!! Very disappointed of this location!!!
