Shelves are often empty and while most of the staff is wonderful the fre that are not often ruin the shopping experience

I haven't been in this store in over 3years and don't intend to go there again.

Staff courteous and helpful. Noticed 2 cart staff interacting in the parking lot.

Another visit of dodging employees pushing delivery carts without checking for shopping customers.

Great experience with Jen, one of the floor stockers, helped me find the product I needed and followed through to make sure I did.

Really sour associate in eyeglasses refused to accept a new prescription from my New York City hospital because it didn't have an expiration date. Disappointing...
