Love using the app. Win inside staff was super nice and even played with my daughter.

Dunkin Donuts needs to bring them in to headquarters and show them how tomake donuts. Then they tried to charge me 3.45 for coffee. Won't be going back.

Terrible: just left Dunkin Donuts in Thomaston Ga; tried to confirm my drive-thru order the window—was assured that I had been given “everything “; got home to discover my breakfast sandwich missing; food was nasty also; won’t be going bk!!

There were ZERO customers yet there was mass confusion among workers and they were completely impersonable. These people are lost.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They burnt my bagel black, I went back in to have it re done. And again it came out burnt. Multiple people where coming in complaining of wrong orders made. One customer came in to get a to go order and when he asked the lady if this was his order she rolled her eyes and said I don 't know, I didn 't make it and just walked out. I will never eat here again. It is truly a mess.
