Worth of money 2/5 Location 4.5/5 Sharing my experience based on my recent visit. PROS: 1. The location is great. Just nearby the beach. Many restaurants nearby. 2. The hotel has a small pool which is an added advantage. CONS: 1. Servicing is not good. Even after repeatedly asking they didn't provide shower gel or any other stuff. 2. The water pressure is low in the bathroom 3. Charging points are less and that too far away from bed 4. Concerns about the lift. I saw someone open the elevator shift when the elevator wasn't even there. She could have fell there. Please look into this. 5. Room wasn't good at all. It is spacious with an attached balcony but everything seems very old and rusted 6. For some reason, we faced a problem with ants. Whatever we were keeping, you could find ants around it within few minutes 7. They don't refill or do room servicing if you don't ask in reception. This is something they should mention while checking in. 8. Charged 250 for breakfast but the food choices were less and that too it was awful. Extremely disappointed. 9. Issue with AC. Took eternity to cool the room

This is rated as three star hotel and don't expect any luxury. Old building. Rooms and toilet were clean. Good service. It's near to the beach. No parking allowed inside gate and vehicles were parked in front road with possible risks. It's very near to KTDC Hotel Samudra and Udaya Samudra

It was a great place to stay. The way Rahul and Praveen treated us was really good. They were very prompt with their assistance and were available for our any of the queries. Will really look forward to stay here again if I am in Kovalam.

The rooms had a very noisy AC. It was difficult to sleep. The breakfast was not that good. Medu wada was not cooked fully. The room is below average. The swimming pool water was very dirty. The staff does not even help in carrying the luggage to the room. The lift is not working properly
