If you can are kerala traditional food lover and also non- vegetarian, you must definitely visit Oonu house for lunch.

Wonderful place to have good food if you are in Chengannur. It is more like homely meals. Not high class kind of. It is a small set up for quick lunch. Al fish items are excellent. You can have beef fry fish curry Kappa and all. Must try if you are from Chengannur i would say. Better take food from there go home and have peacefully..! Note: If you are passing by Chengannur it will be hard for you as you need to park the car and walk for few mins. Parking is an issue. Cars will not reach the shop directly.

Been a regular customer for years. Most of the time, we pack it up. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The quantity is also good. Even if it's a bandh or a holiday, this place is open from my experience.

Ordered thru swiggy and the fish they provided was not at al fresh.. very bad experience.. and pathetic food..

More beautiful place to have good food when they are in chengannur. it's more like home meals. not high quality. it is a small set for fast lunch. Al-fishing is excellent. they can bark chop fish curry kappa and all. I have to try if they are out of chengnur, I would say. take them better eat from there to go home and have peaceful! note: if they only go through the child, it will be difficult to park the car and go for a few minutes. parking is a problem. the cars do not get directly into the shop.
