Unfortunately the disappointment was at the rendezvous, and we delighted against all the good reviews left before.We ordered a pizza: the cook boasted to make them heavy and weigh them. The burgers: steacks not cooked (at all!), it's not normal at all and it's even dangerous! They were bleeding/bleus not cooked enough. Meat cooking must be at least 63C° in order to eliminate possible bacteria responsible for food poisoning, but in the case of blue or bleeding cooking, this temperature is not reached. It is a basic rule, especially with chopped meat, more conducive to bacteria. The cook told us to come back if it wasn't cooked enough (he was aware of it, and said that the people who take it away only have to do it to come back because the job is not well done. . The burgers were also very fat, the oil was flowing through the packaging. Potatoes: they could have been good, because the cook told us I've very little salted, because I'm very little dirty. In fact they were archi archi archied salts! Either someone had already done it before him, or he has a heavy hand!Bref, we had great hopes in this establishment, but between quality and non-professionalism, it is not possible. A place that does not pay a mine but a friendly and passionate chef who offers authentic pizzas to the dough raised for several days to the leaven, to the fresh and quality trim, and to the wood fire. An exceptional result!Nothing to do with common pizzas, cardboard paste and minimalist industrial filling. In La Chaurée, we enjoyed a pizza with 4 cheeses with a wonderfully light dough with tasty cheeses and a generously garnished Neapolitan, capers and anchovies. Well served we even brought back almost half as a meal for the next day!Bicycle lovers, as we make a stone two strokes: from Thiefosse organize a bike ride out by the very pretty bike path leading to Vagney and/or the small mountain roads connecting Vagney to Cornimont and finish the day in beauty to the Chaurée!
