Elveden Estate - Thetford

The food was excellent and the service was great. It would be beneficial to have more options that don't contain milk.

The coffee shop, courtyard, bakery, and live entertainment were all fantastic last weekend, with a lovely atmosphere. However, our Christmas tree is wilting quickly and we couldn't even decorate it! Despite being kept in water and away from heat or sunlight, it's not holding up. We will have to replace it with a fake tree this weekend. Disappointing.

The service for Christmas trees this year was disappointing. There was a lack of high-quality trees available and the process of guiding them back to the parking lot was long and difficult, with no assistance from staff. The dogs that could have helped were not prepared. There were also conflicts among customers. The distance of the parking lot from the tree area was excessive and confusing.

Elveden was formerly the magical place to go shortly before christmas, now it is a terrible commercial place with bouncy castles etc. after almost an hour had traveled a bad selection of trees from which you could choose. I. read more
