Carmen's does not provide a buffet. The egg rolls at the café are rather lacking in flavor.
The portions were plentiful and flavorful. The ambiance was lovely, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
Since they eliminated the all-you-can-eat buffet, prices have gone up, and the overall experience isn't as enjoyable as it used to be.
Super good and very friendly waitresses.
Très bon service , très bonne soupe, mais tout le reste est à améliorer.
