Truluck's Ocean's Finest Seafood Crab The Woodlands

This is one of my favorite restaurants, but during my last two visits to the Woodlands location, the service was disappointing. On both occasions, the glass of wine I ordered never arrived at the table, even though it was listed on the bill. Additionally, we had to request sugar and a to-go box multiple times. I was really let down!

The service was decent—neither bad nor exceptional. It seemed that several items had been removed from the menu since before they closed due to COVID, and the waitress struggled to describe the various dishes, likely indicating that she was new. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, yet we were seated at a table that hadn't been properly cleaned or set up for the number of people in our group. However, the waitress was attentive, and the food was quite good. I'll likely return since it's within walking distance from my apartment, but I still prefer UNI Sushi for a similar price.

We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday at a sushi restaurant, which is her favorite cuisine! The manager was incredibly friendly and ensured we had a wonderful experience. I also want to mention the lovely waitress who served our table—unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was fantastic! Overall, it was a great night!

Birthday lunch for daughter in law. Requested window and we were seated at one. Ordered salmon bowl and salmon beto box. Soup was yummy and lunch portions were very generous and delicious. Service with Page was spot on. Complimentary fried ice cream a real treat! Beautiful environment. We will return!

The hostess that greeted us and the gentleman that filled/refilled our drinks were the best part of our meal. The edamame was delicious as well. It was a slow Tuesday night and our service was still poor. The waitress was not attentive even with the slowness of the evening. Our entrees and sushi were very mediocre. We will not dine here again. I do not know what all the hype about this place is. I would NOT recommend. I have had better sushi from the supermarket.
