Wonderful place to get away from the daily. Everyone is so friendly. The reconstruction is beautiful. Ashley the bartender was one of the finest most engaging people working at the Woodlands Resort! She was working at the Spruce Bar but may be transitioned to a new position.Nearby activities: I enjoy that I’m only a 5 minute drive from the woodlands mall and just about all the dining and entertainment I could want.

Great hotel for the kids and adults to enjoy!Pros: good food by the pool. I was pleasantly surprised by the decent portion.Water slides, lazy river were really fun!Things that can be improved: no hydration center near the hotel rooms. The closest filter water is in the building where meetings are hosted- that's unacceptable.I took the kids to the arcade room and the room doesn't have AC... You have to leave the door open for cold air from the hallway to flow in.

I loved the atmosphere. We had to wait for our room, wasn't ready. That was a pain with our luggage. The front desk was very professional. The staff are great. I enjoyed the servers in the pool area. They were great! Margarita's were good and I recommend the pizza! I really enjoyed the lazy river, plenty of room to float.Rooms: 3/5

Our grandchildren love the Woodlands Resort!! We go yearly with them, our 7 year old grandson celebrated his birthday there this year! He absolutely loves the lazy River and the water slides!! Breakfast was wonderful and also poolside food...Definitely a fun family resort!Rooms: 5/5

Came here for my husband birthday. Because he loves the woodlands. Decided to stay at this resort, worst decision ever . Never will I stay here again, not only the rooms are hot and very old we paid $791 for 2 nights . The rooms are outdated which was an issue for me , it’s 2023 updated your hotel rooms . And the entrance to the room was very much ghetto like I was at a motel 6 , nothing about that said luxury resort to me ,and it was stink like wet clothing like a motel 6 or one of them super cheap motels with that funny smell. when you’re heading to the rooms the elevator smells like the hotel should smell like much better than the hall ways . The room number was 4301 ,Then we came down to ask for a microwave to heat up my husbands cake , and the lady said we have to rent a microwave for $15 a night They have To be going out of business. There is no way I’m spending 800 for 2 nights and I have to pay $15 dollars to used a microwave for 1 minute ?? . It cost nothing to have a microwave for your guests. That was the last straw. So we ended up driving to a Marriott that we stayed at in June 12 for my wedding anniversary. Which was rated hotel of the year for 2022, here in the woodlands, and they was kind enough to let us used their microwave. I wish we had stayed here instead. The only nice employees was the valet guys , and the waitresses at the pool . Front desk was had no customer service or appreciation ..also the television had nothing but super basic cable , no option to add Netflix and sign in this resort is so old . It’s laughable. Save your money find another resort. Or go to your local country club.Rooms: Hot and outdated I went to Walmart and bought a small fan .
