The Woodlands Mall

If you can handle cigarette smoke while you eat!! I can't and didn't. Their burgers MAY be the best in the country, but the smoke would ruin the best for me. I just had a beer.

Firstly I’d like to say, staff are very professional and have always made me feel comfortable and welcome.The domestics are always helpful and friendly, they keep everywhere very clean at all times. Julie and Linda always go over and above to help us and are very friendly. The reception staff especially Peter have always been helpful and encourage me from the first day of joining the gym and swimming.The only thing that isn’t so good is that on Sunday you can’t get breakfast or a light lunch only a main meal. The restaurant doesn’t open until 11.30 so can’t even pop in for a coffee when going to the gym or swimming early.I think there are plenty of chefs there so why can’t we get a baked potato and a drink. Hope that will change in the near future.Overall I love going to Woodlands I would recommend it to everyone to come and enjoy yourselves.

This mall is so different from what I've experienced. Theres a mixture of a traditional indoor mall, as well as higher end stores outdoor, giving you a towne center feel. Also, many foods places, a spa, boutique storefronts etc. I was here Father's Day weekend and the decorations were really pretty. You and the entire family can spend the day here as an outing because theres so much to see and do.

There are plenty of stores and a great food court as well. It's one of the few malls left in our area, and it's definitely still worth visiting for shopping.

This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last. The woman at the register was quite dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked about prices, she directed me to the menu, stating she was unaware of the prices herself. The gentleman handling the food wasn't wearing gloves and was touching everything without concern for hygiene. When a slice of food fell, he simply picked it up with his bare hands and placed it in the container. To make matters worse, he sneezed while handling my slice and continued without washing his hands or even wiping his mouth. The woman at the register laughed off the situation, and they both carried on as if nothing had happened. It's really disappointing because the cheesecake we bought was actually delicious.
