The Next Generation Salad

I am a regular customer at Salata and frequent their stores often. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed with the lack of toppings and dressing on my salad. Despite asking for more multiple times, the employee serving me was not very generous with the portions. When I requested more dressing, I was told there would be an extra charge, but I agreed. Unfortunately, my salad was still dry. I have never had any issues with Salata before, but this experience left me feeling unsettled. I hope this was just a one-time situation.

The food was tasty and the staff was friendly, but I have to give this restaurant 2 stars because they only provide single-use plastic cups and utensils for dine-in customers. Even more disappointing is the fact that they do not offer plastic recycling to help offset the unnecessary waste they are generating. I will not be returning to this establishment. There are plenty of other places where you can find a delicious salad without contributing to excessive waste.

Had to place a group order for work and had a complicated order. Anna was so so sweet and so patient with me. I come in here on a weekly basis and Anna is the nicest server I've met here!

So salad was good as usual, but I think they changed the recipe on the broccoli soup. Seems a bit watered down from the last time, probably a corporate decision. I would like to see them clean the rr little to dirty for this early in the day.

Salata has a “server-based” salad bar. One walks through choosing greens, veggies, cheeses, pasta, some fruits, proteins, toppings, dressings, soups and breads. There is a size choice as well. I ordered a small salad, which was by no means small. Plenty of my requests. My diet is currently restricted, however, I did not feel slighted in the least! The restaurant is clean, open with lots of space to move around. Restrooms clean, as well. I will return!
