Havana House Cuban Eatery

We absolutely loved this restaurant and will definitely return! The Cuban sandwich was exceptionally large with tender meat, and the overall decor was lively and enjoyable. Can't wait to sample more dishes from the menu!

We tried the Media Noche sandwich (slow roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickle, on sweet Cuban bread) and the Pechuga de Pollo a la plancha (chicken cutlet with grilled onions, rice and black beans, and yuca) at this restaurant. We also indulged in guava and cream pastry, beef pastry, Cuban triple shot coffee, and tres leche. The flavors in the meal were indescribable and truly authentic Cuban home cooking. The yuca had a magical drizzle that left me wanting more. An elderly Cuban gentleman, who was a customer, stopped by our table to inquire about our thoughts on the food and coffee. The service was good despite the packed restaurant, and it was evident that everyone wanted customers to have a quality experience. This Mom and Pop restaurant is a gem that should be cherished for its unique experience. If you're tired of regular food and want something special, this is the place for you. It may be busy due to the recent grand opening, but it's well worth the wait. I will definitely be returning. Delicious!

The food is delicious and it's refreshing to have a different Latin culture represented in The Woodlands, as opposed to just Tex Mex. However, I believe the restaurant is too new to accurately rate at this time. There is room for improvement in terms of customer service, which is crucial in any business. For example, while waiting for our food outside, a staff member who appeared to be idle could have brought our order to our table instead of just telling us to pick it up. Additionally, the ordering and payment system at the cashier is efficient but could benefit from better coordination to speed up the process. I may return in the future, but I will give them some time to iron out these issues.

First time customers, definitely coming back. Delicious. Nice atmosphere. Smaller place, but well ran. We came around lunch time, and the line stayed consistently to the door, but service went quickly so many tables went in and out quickly. Definitely recommend.

The food was mediacore. We can't argue the authenticity and the homemade and freshness of their food, however the taste wasn't good missing flavor. Portions are medium don't go super hungry. Flan tasted very good balanced flavor.
