I recently visited with one other, excited to enjoy a night out. However, our experience quickly turned sour when the bar closed 10:30pm well before the advertised closing time 11pm. Not only did this ruin our plans for the evening, but it left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. The staff's explanation was unsatisfactory, and their lack of consideration for customers' expectations was truly disappointing. We won't be returning anytime soon! Food: 1

The location, venue and service are good. Sadly the food is very ordinary for the prices charged. There are far better options in the valley. The service provided by Kiera was amazing. Kiera helped us to make a decision with the lunch menu. Her suggestions was spot on. Her professionalism and enthusiasm was unbelievable. True management quality. The vines should be truly proud to have such a wonderful employee. Thank you. You have made us feel very welcome. For that we will definitely be returning to the Vines Cafe.
