Gator's Dockside Brownwood

Our server was very pleasant and kept our drinks full, but the overall experience was very bad. I specifically asked for the apps and salads to come out first and that failed. After waiting for me for a long time and waiting, all our foods fell on the table... the hot food was cold and the cold food was warm. Not sure where the communication in the kitchen excuses my server and then just ran away. Instead of making a scene, we paid the bill and left. Bad execution and no accountability seems to be the topic in the villages lately and people accept it. I work so in industry, and that was a subpar experience best

So a great place to enjoy the NFL games. I think they sat together like teams (based on their garment) and we all have simply enjoying reliable quality food and a glass or two increased. We ordered the 99Cent wing special and the wings were, in my opinion, the highest quality.

Our beverages and appetizers were great. The service was excellent. Brooke was the best server very prompt and had a great personality.

Looks like they finally have their act together. Love sit at the bar and watch football. Bartenders are excellent. People who go there are friendly and happy to see football.

Worst gators location. After waiting for a slow night and watching the hosts, little friend who didn't even work there, eat McDonald's and roll the cutlery (gross) I got a salad with chicken after the request to be meatless. Do not try to send things back, but I did not eat meat in years, simple request new salad should not be a problem, of course they simply take it back and throw it from above, so you will find tons of scrap later. I had to torture my dinner. Second bad experience at this point, wasting time and money
