Great Indian eaten here quite a lot clean toilets good service very well priced only thing that I don’t really like is they have a weird mint sauce which is very average with the starters

We popped in on a Monday night (thank you for being open) and had a terrific meal. The food was excellent, the menu varied, and the staff were lovely. I've eaten in many Indian restaurants over the past 60 years or so, and this is one I would like to have in my community. Really good food, and bit different.

Food was stunning and service was excellent , the restaurant has a great atmosphere and offers a wide range of Indian food and has a nice cocktail menu too. The staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome from the moment you step through the door I would highly recommend

My son booked a table for a mothers' day treat knowing I love Indian food, although my husband doesn't. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our visit. There were no traditional British dishes listed on the menu but on request they were very happy to cook a generous portion of plain chicken for my husband, while the rest of us ate a variety of vegetarian and prawn dishes. All were very good indeed, as I have found the food to be on previous visits, ever since the restaurant changed hand around 2018. I was impressed that our plain chicken request was accepted without fuss. The restaurant is attractively presented and spacious enough, but cosy. Service was quick and an extra order, after our food had been served, arrived in two minutes. I thought the meal was good value at around £25 per head for poppadums, main courses, and quite a few beers.

Booked from room for a wedding function sometime in advance. On our bookings they had asked if we wanted balloons and all that sort of stuff so they knew it was a special function. On arrival ten minutes early and what was meant to be their opening time they had allowed other people to sit and start eating in the area we reserved. They checked the reservation book and found us in it with the room marked as reserved. The best they could do was to split the room so the guests were not seated together. They jammed the tables around. All they needed to do was move the people between courses and explain their mistake. But no make us wait 20 minutes for them to jimmy us around these other people whilst we waiting in the cold outside. How embarrassing Considering we've been loyal customers for donkeys years. We've put up with at times awful food, even more awful service recently they had been back to their good old selves. However the manager/owner wasn't there and they messed up our big day. We had to go and book a large table elsewhere which thankfully saved the day. The other restrauant had a function room which we could have booked instead if shampoo didn't want the work. Utterly disappointing
