The staff, particularly the woman who takes orders over the phone, is always polite, efficient, and amazing at her job. In less than 2 minutes, she is able to take orders, calculate totals, and process payments seamlessly.

During my 22nd Birthday stuck in lockdown, Mayflower went above and beyond to sort my order so I wasn’t left disappointed without a meal to enjoy. I want to give a special thanks to the Boss His Daughter mainly his daughter, who runs the Facebook page and responded to my messages, quickly, politely and with the most incredible service I’ve ever experience from any food take away company in my entire life. You really personalised my experience and showed me how much you care about your customers and I honestly couldn’t thank you enough. The food was absolutely incredible, piping hot and tasted absolutely amazing. Not a fault in sight. Thank you so much for everything! After adding up the total of food ordered I realised they regularly overcharge customers by about £3-4, hoping customers don’t realise. Spoke to manager who was very rude
We’ve ordered from here for years, most weekends and never had an issue, lovely food and good service. Tonight there was pork in our food. We do NOT eat pork especially, and we do not eat any meat. Called up to tell them and was told we could have 10% off and a free chow mein?! They didn’t seem to care that they had put meat in the food when we specifically told them of dietary requirements and seemed to view this as an inconvenience? Not acknowledging the fact that none of the food dished up could be eaten. When we mentioned that fact that we had told them of dietary requirements and mentioned pork being an issue if Muslim/Jewish, or for example peanuts for an allergy I’d told beforehand they put the phone down on us. This is a massive departure from usually fantastic customer service and very concerning.
