Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe have dined 3 years ago in this restaurant and it was annoying. it has taken a lesson for the worse and I refer not only to the young man who has to embrace deodorant who serves us. eating was actually very thorough. Menu elements...move their local Japanese restaurant. the popcorn garnels were not crisp, but fluffy with a overtime of something unhappy. I booked on the basis of the Dragon’s Egg experience that we had last time, because our Interstate friend is such a dessert fan. it is nothing like the previous drachenei nothing similar. Don't worry.
Gustavo was a great host and eating was divine thanks for an unforgettable night the wagyu steak melted in our mouth and a delicious dish was the roasted brittle sprudels
Last night we went there for the first time and have to say that I was so disappointed to see the lack of service for this level of the restaurant, I think they must have been short staff as our waiter seemed to fight to maintain. there was a long wait for drinks and between every meal lasted at least 45 minutes except dessert, as I think they are all prepared, one of our appetizers and already main dishes that came out after cursor. we ordered al a carte, maybe they are just ready for the set menu. we ordered drinks and it was forgotten and had to hunt forward, we asked for dessert menu and had to go forward again. the waiters were obviously overloaded with the current bookings as well as walks that came in which too many guests for the amount of the staff up, I would not return or recommend to no one now as I do not want someone to pay so much almost $600 for our table where they get better service in a much less expensive restaurant. the dishes were nice, but honestly awaits more of this place, our local japaners we love and get the same amount of satisfaction with eating too much less cost. the atmosphere, location, hype and the drachenei dessert is what I felt that this place rides on the last night experience, eating and service should be at the top of the list for a place like this.
On Sunday at 18:00 clock. the chef probably had a day off. my fiancée and I ordered the omakase with paired drinks. Summing up: -1st court sonomono served as picky tomaten there was a terrible bitter flower there not safe...if there was a garnitur or should be eaten (why is there) the nihonshu was well badly connected to this dish. - Two courts of sea. no taste of the sea. I ask the quality of the fish. the court was bland. - 3rd court nest sallop most ok tasting court of night. presentation was a mess. barely each salsa for the fried chaos it was presented. - 4. court fried barramundi. not seasoned. so much I love the taste of barramundi and the pairing of chablis, the fish was not seasoned at all. I also forgot that I was a moment in a Japanese restaurant. it is creepy that this dish is served with quinoa and there are no spoons provided with the dish. do we want to eat quinoa with chinoa? - 5th court wagyu served cold. at this time my fiancé had asked enough and after the first bit after the bill. -wine pairing only 3 of the 6 were nihonshu (Japanese sake) very questionable decisions. as far as the ambiente is concerned, we sat in the main kitchen room next to a loud, obnoxic table that sweated every 5 minutes. here I thought the waiting staff would politely ask for the table to take their volume into account. No, I had to ask her politely. in the course of the meal nothing was explained about the pairing. the court was placed on their table in a round and the paired drink would come 5 minutes later. after talking to the manager, she had mentioned the amount of that many others had enjoyed the omakase. it is also a joke that the manager thinks that what was served is of the same quality as a Michelin star restaurant. she wouldn't know better. I also got a discount for my problems, but I am sure that I was still miscalculated (after looking at the online anomase menu.) in short, under-par service, eating is something that they can make home, the environment was not intimate at all and not worth the price they are charged. my Japanese fiancée doesn't think this is a Japanese restaurant.
After driving 2 hours for Japanese we were disappointed to learn all sushi and nigari and basically any fresh fish had been taken off the menu due to covid??? would have been nice if we were in formed when making the booking or even an...email? Verve was served flat and the corn was too chili to eat no where did it advise it was chili corn? Felt like a real let down.
