The Glebe Takeaway - THE JUNCTION

The service is lovely but quality of the fish appalling. The battered fish was small and dried up and burnt at the ends. They had added some small bits of fish to make up for this but these were equally dry. The calamari was OK but all the food, including chips, tasted of old oil and other food which clearly was not fish. On the other hand the chip portion was very generous - the small portion of chips was enough to feed the entire suburb. Sadly will never go back to what was once a great place.

Ordered the chicken breast fillet burger and what was received barely resembled chicken. Tasted terrible but chips made up for it along with very friendly service. By the sounds of things the other food is great but do not order the chicken!

Terrible. Quality of food was very low. Fish, chips, scallops all undercooked. No flavour. Fish was 'frozen' not fresh. Does not even deserve 1 out of 5. Try harder guys.

Like the service, like the food, good chips, fish, hamburgers, steak sandwiches etc. family run and family friendly.

This place is a trusty fish and chip shop, stock standard. Good chips, cheap eats - my suggestion is call ahead. It'ls a local fav.
