Przekaż informację zwrotnąI went through the drive-thru at this Wendy’s at 7760 Bellfort on 7/28/2023 between 12:05 pm and 12:19 pm the cashier failed to return my debit card, I didn’t notice until that evening. When I checked my account there was another charge from this location and they went to the Pollo Campero next door and brought something there. After investigating I found three more charges at other area businesses. I quickly called and reported my card as stolen. Since I live far from this location I went back the next day to see if the management could be of assistance, I was in for a rude awakening, not only was I not assisted properly the person who claimed to be the manager was rude and very unprofessional her name is Maria. When asked for the general manager she replied that they weren’t there, I asked for the name and she said “ Walida” if that was the correct name and spelling) I asked for the last name and she replied she didn’t know it. I walked out and remembered I didn’t ask for Maria’s last name when I went back in she completely ignored me. I have a video of this rude lady and it will be part of my police file against this location. Thank God I called my banking institution and got the card canceled before any real damage was done. I now believe she was the one who had my card and made the purchases. I have called the customer service number and voiced my complaint. I talked to someone named Gabriel and was assured the district manager would contact me, as of today no one from Wendy’s has reached out. Even though the amount is small compared to what could have happened had I not known about it until a later time and day. I will be pressing charges on all who were involved. This matter has been turned over to the Houston Police

Stopped for breakfast. Don't think many were working since I saw only one person taking orders, delivering orders, preparing orders. So, he was doing a pretty good job.
I came on Saturday and paid $3.24 for an ice coffee. They just updated my charge to $6.48 today and I didn’t purchase anything else but that I’ve coffee on Saturday 06/24/2023. I need my money
I really don’t understand how it says that they close the lobby at 10, but every time I come around 930 ish, the doors are locked. I do mobile orders so why is it that I still have to pull up and wait even longer AFTER sitting in the drive thru line for my food? Somebody please make this make sense.
