Worst experience ever at the Hunan Takee Outee Restaurant!!! I placed an order on the Favor app of sweet and sour shrimp, fried rice, and crab rangoons. My order was left on my front porch and my driver left. I opened my order to find chicken cooked in tempura batter instead of shrimp. It was not what I ordered, so I called the restaurant and an Asian lady yelled at me that they didn't deliver to my area of town. I tried to explain that I went through the Favor app, and she still claimed there was no order placed. She pretended not to speak good English, and now I'm stuck with over cooked food, it tasted like it was fried in dirty grease, and it definitely was not what I ordered!!! I have proof on my phone that it was charged by them. I will never buy from this establishment again, and I surely don't recommend it to anyone!!! I will be also be contacting the health department!!! I will no longer be using the Favor app too. There is no way to get ahold of them to get the food replaced after it has been dropped off. I'm just screwed over all the way today.

I went here yesterday. Absolutely disgusting!!! ? I can not make it up. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I wanted to take it back, but I am trying to be a better person. The place gave me don’t buy it…walk away. Please do not waste you time or money.Hot and Sour Soup looked like gel with a bunch of stuff mixed in. The name is exactly what it looks like. Spring rolls were full of something, idk it was mushy. The saluted beef, and shrimp had no taste..with some unknown kind of meat with veggies. Save yourself the trip. You will be pissed.

Just a very hard working mom and pop store. Order 5 special orders to go which cost only 42USD including taxes. That is a soup, appetizer and meal for only $8.40USD. Very well worth the price. Food only took 25 minutes to make and that 5 different orders. I haven't tasted the food yet but given this place 5stars because I can see the REAL hard work and struggle of the working mom and pop at the restaurant already won me over.

Very affordable and convenient. You get a lot of good food for your money here.

They know how to fry rice plus it’s affordable. Works for me!
