The Teahouse Tapioca Tea

I usually trust the TeaHouse franchise but today got me when they gave me the wrong order, cashier told me “we’re not a coffee shop” after I ordered a coffee FROM THEIR MENU, and their food tasted like freezer burn.

Caught the kiddos coming after school. Drinks were ok, order missed had to return to fix.

The selections you can mix match are endless. Drinks are always good here, ?

Could do better with customer service.i asked for a replacement because the one i ordered needed more sugar. it said on the menu to do to so ? satisfaction. when I told the lady, she didn’t say anything back and gave me an attitude.why post something on the menu, and give me an attitude about it?

Super slow today. Waited 30 minutes and ending up leaving without a drink. The counter person told me it’s because there is only 2 of them but there was only 2 people ahead of me. There was a wait out the door and nobody at the counter for much of that 30 minutes
