The Blind Goat

I met some friends for brunch one weekend as this was my first time at The Blind Goat. I rated 3 stars overall because the food was great, but the waiter assigned to our table was terrible. Not a bad person, he just was not skilled in providing great customer service. I can't speak for the other waiters, but they seemed to be better than our waiter from what I observed. He never introduced hisself, so we didn't know his name. He took forever to take our order, and our drinks came out AFTER our food. Keep in mind, my friends and I were very pleasant and polite. We gave him chance after chance, but no improvement on his part. He barely checked on us throughout the course of our meal. We had had enough when we noticed he was engaging and talkative to the customers at the table beside us, yet he completely ignored us each time we tried to get his attention. So we then let a manager know. The manager approached our table and was very apologetic. He gave us each a gift card to rectify the situation. My opinion of The Blind Goat was quickly redeemed. The manager was awesome, very friendly and handled our complaint with the utmost professionalism. Overall, the food was delicious, so we will be back... and hopefully a different server the 2nd time around.

What an exciting menu! Very different than the usual pho places. Beautiful bright decor.

Is my first visit to the restaurant and trying Vietnamese food (other than Pho) and I liked it a lot! The food, the presentation, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The Service here was amazing, they were social and made us feel comfortable. The food here was also very good, it was a mix of texas and asia all put together. Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. Truly deserves 5 stars. Everything we ate was incredibly balanced, seasoned perfectly, and delicious.
