Sonic Drive-in

This location has The Worst night crew ever!! That manager is super incompetent. She has no problem solving or communication skills. She shuts the drive in portion down recklessly every night by allowing all the stalls to fill up then does a microphone drive by on every stall to tell them drive in is closed and to use drive thru where she then lets that line stack up to capacity take no orders for 20 mins or more. One time this location did not have change and she gave me cash less my 73 cent change… almost a dollar and she didn’t even say hey we are out of change…what a goof

They put to chilli cheese dogs together and sold for the long chilli cheese dogs that I order they only give you five onions

Tots undercooked, soggy burger, popcorn chicken not cooked all the way through. Leads to a midnight surprise.

The Sonic corporation should put the Sonic on Eldridge Parkway out of it's and the playing customers misery. They have zero pride in the preparations of the food and then feeding this greasy hog slop to their customers. We see all the managements comments in the review section about how they are so sorry for the experiences but nothing is ever never done on the complaints or any improvements ever made. Just the same ole same ole everyday. Close this location down on Eldridge and save yourself some money.
