The manager was very accommodating. She made a point to say hello to all the customers in the shop. And I like how the place has changed a little for the better. But some of the employees need to go they're very unfriendly and all act like they want to be there

The young lady who is the manager is a condescending, disrespectful jerk. Don't go here.

We stopped to get some coffee prior to going to the office. The service was quick and coffee tasted very fresh. However, while I was at the store, I had accidentally dropped my earpods in the parking lot and didnt realize until I got to the office. I called the store and shared my dilemma with Hannah. She said she was willing to help me and look for the lost earpods in the parking lot for me. There are 2 Hannahs in this store and they both were very helpful and found my lost earpods. They saved the pods for me and I was able to pick them up later. They went an extra mile to help me....I will be back at this store because of their kindness and amazing customer service.

Great coffee, very friendly employees, and they offer a significant military discount. I love the pistachio muffins.

They take the counter service tipping con to a new level. Their credit card reader gives you several tip options but no options for “no tip.” In order to not tip you have to tell the machine you want to put in a custom tip and then make it $0.00. Very deceptive. I would have poured my black coffee myself if they would have tipped me.
