Mcalister's Deli

Honestly, just shut this place down. The staff is rude and uneducated about the menu. I?ve gone twice for soup and both times received a fork as a utensil and no crackers. I was sitting in the drive through waiting on my food today and the lady literally screamed at me bc I didn?t hear her the first time, and when I grabbed the bag she looked me directly in my eyes and made it a point to roll her eyes. WHY?! I?ve never been to a McAllister?s that was this bad. Ever.

We used McAlister's Deli catering for a party a few weeks ago and it was a big hit with our company. We got both veg and regular sandwiches and both were fantastic. Everything you could imagine was included and price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again

Great sandwiches! I love this place except... while I was waiting for my food and trying not to be on my phone for once and oblivious to everything around me. I was looking up at the menu board and they advertised tea for 30 days for $6.99. It's called a tea pass and I was like yes! I want that! But.... you can't have it UNLESS you get their app! Not fair! I'm a paying customer! I WANT a friggin tea pass! I DON'T want another app on my phone. Anyhoo... great sandwiches and good tea too.

I am always disappointed with the service at this location. The last time I ate here 3 mos ago, they forgot the dessert, this time I got a hot sandwich cold and the sandwich was missing ingredients. Poorly managed restaurant consistently delivering poor service. There is nothing worse than getting back to your office and coming face to face with a sandwich you did not order.

Ordered catering for an important meeting at our office. Not only was it fresh and ready to go as soon as I got there, they also double checked the order with me, and loaded it into my car. I had nothing but positive feedback from our employees and guests at the meeting. Great job!
