Frank's Grill

I have been coming to this location for over 8 years. I always ask for extra extra crispy bacon if my bacon is under cooked I will send it back and ask that it’s corrected. I pay for my food and I still tip. Today I had the same issue about my bacon. The manager comes to me and says’ You always return your food’ I corrected her politely and told her no I ask for my bacon extra,extra crispy and I receive it half done. I have never made a scene about my food just ask that is cooked correctly. It’s not my fault they have a high turnover rate on employees There is Waffle House, Breakfast Club, Harry’s, Broken Egg, Snooze, Flying Biscuit, Cheesecake Factory and many more breakfasts options… Franks is out of the rotation The manager is always getting complaints about food from new customers but wants to act like I’m the issue

Second time trying and I should've not. Eggs were runny. Bacon was hard and tough. Hashbrowns I asked for crispy and they were mushy. Pancake tasted like a wet dog. My coke was tainted with left over soap from the dish machine and tasted horrible. Bad experience. You tell them and they're like sorry. Well sorry doesn't fix it. Fire the bad skinny cook wearing the white Sox hat and offer to comp the worst of the food.

I normally love Frank’s bc portion size hello but I haven’t been in yes ….. but this door dash order I received was horrible and it smelled bad so I had to toss it : looks like I only sent door dash the pic too ? shrimp and grits

I went to Franks grill on Westheimer rd. When they first opened. Ordered a veggie omelet, and after about half way done, I started stabbing at it with my fork, guess I was full, but noticed something under the omelet, so I picked up on it with my fork, and underneath the omelet was a pubic hair.? I looked over into the back kitchen area, and there was 2 Hispanic males just laughing their assessment off.? I walked the waitress over, showed her, and let every one in the restaurant know what I found. I've never been back to any Franks grill, and I told all my co/workers, friends, and family. TRUE STORY? M.C.

Always smells like sewage here but i still go be cuz the food is big and you can watch them cook openly
