Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have one question why are there prices like $3.00 higher? When ordering for delivery. And I m not talking about delivery fee. I am talking about meal prices.
I agree with others, something has changed at this location. Usually my favorite restaurant, but since they took away curbside, and also shifted the drive thru lanes to being one lane for app orders it now only congests both lines with one guy running back and forth to satisfy both. I’m here at 2:45 on a Wednesday and nobody’s moving.I also just received my food. Fries cold and mushy, ice melted in drinks, and honestly the staff look stressed out. I don’t think it’s the staff I think it’s the new process and system. It may save the corp money, but it just cost them money in my case. If you own this location, make some changes and support your team that’s earning you money.I’ve had a few negative experiences in a row, otherwise I wouldn’t even say a thing. I’m grateful for people that manage meals and work in the industry. This new process is not the right way to go.There is another location at briar forest and Eldridge… just saying.
To be fair we did order a lot, but I'm still disappointed that they forgot to put in my two chicken sandwiches.
This is the second time this has occurred at this CFA:The chicken on the sandwich was extraordinarily thin as if the normal filet had been divided into 2, or possibly 3, pieces think normal size width and breadth but very thin). There were 2 slices of pickle on this Spicy Deluxe my recollection is had always been at least 3 sometimes 4 slices if small.I had carried home, so I got my own pickles out to add... My wife’s sandwich was the same and she is the big fan in the house or was.For the price I expect the Chick fil A quality I was accustomed to in the past A nice chicken breast and a well made sandwich.It will be sometime before I return and if it happens again, it will be the last. 2 stars food and just barely flavor was still good)I will add The staff was friendly and very professional as always!!! hence 5 stars on service)FWIW the app line drive thru was empty, jamming up the now one lane only drive thru... We got through relatively quickly based on luck, but it was apparent this will be a problem soon if not already. 3 stars on atmospere)I am posting because there does not appear to be a feedback mechanism that goes stright to Chick fil A.Do not tell me I need the app!
