We call the lady was like we open at 9 then why when we booked the appointment we were told 8:30? It 's now almost 9:30 and still not here. I booked due to word off mouth but I should 've checked the reviews prior to booking.
Never again will I come here. The braiders do not show up until after 10:00 on a Saturday when they know Saturdays are a busy day. When my braider actually showed up she did 2 braids and left for about 45 minutes with me just sitting there waiting for her to return. There is too much money being spent for this type of customer service. A lesson definitely learned
Well i am definitely impressed with the outcome and the above average customer service. The natural corn rolls is unbeaten love love there work!
BROWN SUGAR BRAIDING ON KIRBY The only braid shop I have ever gone to. I have gone to this braid shop inconsistently for over ten years. The last time I went to this braid shop was very scary. I had my 11-year-old daughter with me and we both were getting braids. As I walk into the shop you could feel the negative energy from one particular braider. As I show her the style that I wanted she showed it to another customer. I asked her how much and she could not tell me the price of the style I wanted so I had to wait until the manager got there. While my daughter was getting her hair done by the only person who had excellent customer service and was very nice by the way, an argument started between another customer and the rude braider. The braider was so nonchalant and unprofessional. She was very rude to the customer and started talking about how she didn't want to do the customer's hair because the energy was off and she doesn't want to fight her. It was never that serious with the customer where the situation would lead to fighting. After she told the customer she would not serve her the customer left. After seeing how she acted out with the other customer I did not want her to do my hair. Turns out she was the only one left to braid my hair. She used rubber bands and braided my hair so tight that I had headaches every day until I took them down. My scalp was bleeding and I had multiple scabs on my scalp. The braids were so tight they wouldn't even lay flat from the root of my hair it was awful. The manager came and started on a different customer. As she worked on the customer I overheard her saying that she was dealing with covid symptoms 7 days later I had tested positive for covid. This all happened at the end of March 2021. I would not recommend this place until they get better customer service.
This place was awesome!!!! We got the catfish with greens, oxtail Mac and cheese and the honey garlic wings. Everything was seasoned perfectly and very flavorful. Me being a chef, it’s hard to find good food. I will definitely go back to this truck
