They said if you order now, then they would take us. We ordered right away, which is fine, but it’s only because we get the same things wherever we go. There were others that walked in right after, and were turned away. I ordered fried rice, and stir fried veggies….Hubs got the green curry… my veggies were good, but the rice was a tad on the greasy side…he loved his curry…it’s considered a hole in the wall…I think due to the location…but that area is changing…I would have given it a 4 if not for the service.
Look at my history. I dont write reviews and I wont get into all the things I would change but you people who think you can do it better, go open your own place. My guess is you dont have the balls or the brain to do it. Sure, there are some things about this place I would change but overall it is a GREAT PLACE Some people hate this version of season, I loved it. Everyone is different so dont go back if you dont like it and let the people who appreciate it have more room and not have to eat with pretentious people who think if you dont like their taste, your wrong. Go through what the owner has gone through to be open 18 years and then you have the right to judge. Do you love the salsa at every mexican place???? No, it depends on your palate. Just dont put that you hate this place because you didnt like it. Keep your opinions to yourseLF.
Wanted to try a different Thai place in town. Based on ratings, we gave this place a shot. Unfortunately we should have stuck to our favorite places. We ordered the Jungle Curry, Pad Thai, and Larb salad, and Chicken Satay to share. The portion was very small for the price on all dishes we ordered. The taste was too sweet on all items. The Pad Thai was missing the basic ingredients required for the dish such as tamarin, peanut, pressed tofu, pickled radish, dried shrimp, chive. Pad Thai is a national dish and if they cannot get that right, it is very difficult to give this place a second chance. Sorry!
I picked up takeout. My family had 2 orders of spring rolls, noodles tofu dish, noodles shrimp dish, I had the sar-tor. We thought it was delicious.
Food was bad. Red curry with chicken was watery and the chicken tasted like it was boiled separately and added to the curry when ordered. Noodles lacked flavor as well. I am not sure why there are so many good ratings because I love Thai food and this has to be the worst I've ever tried.
