The Latin guy at the counter I think he is the manager or supervisor. He was flirting with underage high school, girls, and asking for their number Very shameful and I will be taking this to corporate.
Made an order for 2 Party Pizzas for a birthday party via a food delivery service. Previously, I had great experiences with this location trusted them to deliver quality on time. However, 20 mins after the scheduled arrival time I began to call the location to inquire about the delay. The employee stated it was the food delivery service driver that was running late but they were only 5 mins away. They did not arrive in 5 mins. I tried to call the location multiple times and several calls went unanswered they finally answered the phone and explained the driver was stuck in traffic. When the driver finally arrived over an hour later than the scheduled delivery time he explained there was an issue with the previous order. Pizzas arrived cold, late and the location was dishonest in their explanation trying to blame the food delivery service driver. The driver that arrived was clearly a Pizza Nova employee. I understand that delays happen. I do not accept the dishonesty.
If you want a relaxing pizza night don’t come here, it’s not worth it!!I just had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. I ordered a pizza and when it arrived the cheese had all slid off to the side leaving a bunch of cheese n toppings in the box instead of on the pizza. I called to get a refund and was told I would have to return the product to get that.. sure wasn’t planning on eating it anyways. We told them they can come get it, as it was a delivery order. We weren’t told when they would come or how we would get our refund so I called back to confirm and they told us it would be 2 2.5 hours before someone would be by to get the pizza and issue the refund. This is a store that is 5 minutes away from my house. I told them I would like someone sooner than that and said 10 15 minutes and was told “that’s not humanly possible” and then the customer service rep hung up on me when I pushed back. I called back I was told that no one had hung up on me and I must be mistaken… I’m sorry what?? I know I was talking when the line went dead so not sure what else that was… We ended up getting the refund but we’re really not happy with the was customer service tried to basically gaslight us into just accepting the terrible pizza.
