In speaking with the owner he told me that he makes daily trips to local markets and local food suppliers so that he is getting the freshest and most local ingredients possible. It is clear that they put a lot of passion into what they do! Their pho soup is my go to anytime I am feeling sick- that stuff is magic, better than Neo Citran, I swear! And their spring rolls and house special pad thai are to die for. This is our households go-to take out spot (why order fast food when you can have real food? . Sometimes I purposely forget to pull something for dinner just so I can get my Thai food fix.
Amazing and authentic food! Quick service great atmostphere and delicious food! I've had multiple dishes from this place and I've loved every single one! Highly recommend any of the Pho and the Grilled Chicken Vermicelli Bowls!
Delicious food .. Good service and the interior of the restaurant looks modern and clean. Padthai is a recommended dish in this restaurant! Awesome!
I'm in this area on business and have eaten here twice. <br/ The place is very clean and recently renovated. The service is abrupt, but I just expect that from Vietnamese places. The menu is viet and Thai and reasonably priced <br/ My first visit I had the Hue style Beef noodle soup. Overall t was pretty good, nice broth, fresh condiments (especially generous with bean sprouts). My only complaint is that they use fine vermicelli noodles (like in pho) instead of the slightly thicker noodles which are usually in Hue style soups. <br/ <br/ Second visit I had vegetable tom yum (the small size 4.50) and chicken rice (8.50). The soup is only ok. It's cobbled together using pho broth, Chile oil and a bit of pineapple.i do like the use of bean curd in it. <br/ The chiclen was a deboned thigh, I think, quite large and intact like a chicken steak. I had expected it to have some char but what I got was very marinated and gently cooked, no charting. My initial disappointment evaporated when I tried it. Delicious marinade, succulent, garnished with fried green onion. Surprising chunks of black pepper reminding me that Vietnam was occupied by the French. Put this thing on a bun and open a chicken sandwich franchise. <br/ Asked for hot sauce and I was given what I think is a house made srirachi style sauce. Pretty good. <br/ <br/ Never mind the grumpy guy and give this place a shot.
Tried the rare beef pho and some fresh shrimp spring rolls and really liked them both. The rare beef cooked nicely in the broth, giving a nice fat to the broth. I ordered the medium soup and barely finished it. Really tasty and well packaged for take out. Next time I'll try in person. It's a family run place, and you may see some of the family's adorable kids skipping around the restaurant. It reminded me a little of actually being in Asia.
