Service was ok, food was good, it's a good option for when in the mood for a big chain atmosphere,,,

I'm not a big fan of chains but this is a good spot for a large group of people with different tastes. The burgers are delicious! Bbq pizza is awesome too.

Typical Jacks location. Same quality as with the rest of the chain. This place is more busy even during off peak hours than you would expect. Perhaps it is a result of the proximity to the movies.

Ordered chicken parm, looks like they cut a piece off and served the small half to me then loaded plate with tasteless pasta. My kids steak was heavily peppered for no reason and unedible.
