Food quality was good. Variety could be better similar priced buffets have much greater variety. Service was atrocious food was not getting replenished and all customers were hopping mad thar most of the items were empty and not being replenished. Live music, for which there was a $25 up charge, didn't start until about 10:00pm while the advertisement strongly suggested live music from 9:00pm till 1:00am. Overall, the marketing was misleading. I had called prior to making reservation on OpenTable and understood that we could stay from 9:00pm till 1:00am. Only after I completed the purchase did I receive fine print that said table is reserved for 1 and half hours. Had I known that fine print I would have reserved the table at 10:30pm so that we could stay until midnight. Instead, we had to leave at 10:30

This experience did not provide the expected value for money. There was a very limited choices, which is expected when the event was advertised as a buffet. It was more like a fixed/set menu dinner. Several of the curries were not hot, perhaps the heat under serving counters was not working. Also the drinks were not included, as a brewery perhaps a beer flight or one cocktail per person would be reasonable to include at that price. We were charged 20% service charge, I understand wait staff is working on a holiday. However we got our own food from the buffet, it's not like the staff served us dinner. The positives, the ambience was great the music choice during dinner was good. The food was made with higher quality ingredients. However these positives did not make us for the negatives. Unfortunately, I would not be returning or recommending this NYE dinner to anyone.

The New Year's buffet Experience is overpriced considering the food options were limited and not hot. Extremely basic for $200. Wasn't worth the cost. On a normal night the the ordering options are better. This was disappointing. Because I don't plan to return.

Overall the experience was quiet disappointing this time. Been here few times and always enjoyed going back. However yesterday was bad experience. Wrong description of food on the menu. Waited for iver an hour for appetizers to come and was later told we didn't place an order for it. Quiet disappointing. The food quantity was way too less and quality was not good either yesterday. Was a bummer yesterday celebrating friend's milestone birthday!

Loved the food. Not the service. It took forever to get our drinks. We order several small plates and when the food came we had no plates. We asked 3 different people for plates. Eventually we got some a good 5 minutes later. The waitress left the dirty dishes on the table the entire time. We had paid and were finishing our drinking and still she didn't come remove the dirty dishes.
