Wow. Send cooperate to this location and check these people. They are destroying this place.

I called the automated system as well as the store and my issue couldn’t be resolved. I placed an order and my points didn’t get added to my account. Not to mention that both times I spoke to someone I received bad customer service. When a customer has a problem or complaint you listen to the customer prior to responding. Instead both times the agent and Elsa from the store spoke over me or while I was talking. I’m very disappointed with the service I received.

Pizza here is average, but highly disappointing to order chicken Alfredo pasta minus any chicken, not a single piece.

This location appears to have been under the same ownership for the past several years, and the food has been of consistent quality, prepared promptly, and served politely. No issues.
