Extremely dissatisfied about the food quality! I met the bong owner few months ago, being foody bong have my food business as well) have thought of trying my luck first time here. And it 's a mess. The worst part was that I have even called up and introduced myself to him after placing the order through Zomato. I thought this introduction would rather help me to get a best quality food. But alas! The overall quality was so bad that it had instigated indigestion. Pathetic. We have ordered for 3 items 1. Kolkata style special Muttun Biryani with egg. I failed to discover what is the 'special ' about it frankly. If you been to Central Kolkata, probably you would get better one in Deckers Lane. There were 2 pieces of Mutton 1 large and 1 small; which were hard and full with bones; flesh part was minimal. 2. Chilly Chicken dry. During my call post order to restaurant, I have categorically told him to make it dry and more spicey. But when I recieved it, it was a gravy based Chicken with hardly any chicken pieces and not spicey at all. Immediately after opening the box I called up the restaurant again to complaint about it. He said he will check and come back. He did come back, will talk about it little later. 3. The last item that I have ordered was Fish cutlet. Don 't ever try this here. It was not even half baked, internally it was completely raw that we had to throw it to dustbin. And by d way, I have not even seen a mini piece of fish there. It was more like veg cutlet. I have opened the packed item 2 3 earlier because that was supposed to be a starter for me. And basis on my initial understanding, when I called up, the owner did check internally and return back the call after 5 mins. He apologized and commited to waive cost of food during my next order. He said that he was busy on certain work and so could not focus on food preparation and hence all these happened. He assured that next time he would personally cook it for me. Great. But that raises few questions 1. Why the owner needs to cook personally for me? Just because I am known to him. Does that mean prima facie the food quality would not be right. Aren 't the chefs are trained ones? 2. Don 't you have the basis processes defined while foods are being prepared. How can you send 'not even half cooked food ' to customers. 3. You heard me patiently and then sent me gravy based chilli chicken instead of dry one? I asked you to make it spicey and you have not even made it accordingly. He offered us to waive off bill on next order. And I have decided not to order ever from this restaurant; such horrible food quality and taste. The biriyani only smelt like Kolkata but tasted nothing as close to any Kolkata biriyani. The mutton was dry felt like heated in oven too many times. Quantity was good. Really dissappointed with the quality taste. I guess Sunday evening orders are mainly leftovers. Please order with caution no high expectations.

Awesome food. Can't get over the taste till now. U can order anything from here. I think cook has magical hands
