I recently visited a restaurant twice in one week after a long time, not at a Tim Hortons. Both experiences were disappointingly similar. The food we ordered was decent and met our expectations, but nothing more. The restaurant was clean, bright, and pleasant enough, but the issues seemed to stem from the staff, which I believe reflects poor management. The staff seemed overwhelmed and under-engaged, leading to slow service and lack of professionalism. On one occasion, our order took too long and there was confusion among the staff. The second visit also demonstrated understaffing and a member of the team complaining openly about management. This unprofessional behavior was off-putting. It was clear that there were some internal issues that were affecting the overall experience for customers. Just having a good product is not enough to keep a business afloat, and it seemed like this restaurant was struggling to stay afloat.
The staff at this restaurant are consistently making mistakes. For example, last week I ordered a coffee but received a tea instead. The woman working at the drive-thru is very rude and inhospitable.
Drive them thru is the slowest thing it ever was. are they ready to sit there for 20 minutes to find out their order is wrong, they don't know what's going on, but this place is getting worse and worse.
Store was dirty and bathrooms were disgusting !! Waited in line for 15 mins to get tea that was wrong . Drive thru was busy yes I understand all of the service industry stuff worked in it for 30 years . No store pride. Or not enough staff either way a poor reflection to customers.
