Village Pizza Seafood - Texas City

It makes me wonder if he simply didn’t want to serve me, as a single Black man. I had spent the entire day in hospitals and ambulances, and I believe that if I enter your open establishment in full uniform, I should be able to make a purchase. I might be the EMT who shows up to help you in an emergency one day. I would not recommend this place.

It’s not what it used to be. I ordered two Philly cheesesteak subs for a coworker and me during lunch, and they were terrible. They were dry and small. There’s clearly no pride in the food being served here. Corporate should consider shutting this place down. The other locations in the area are nothing like this, and I was very disappointed in every way. I won’t be coming back.

I placed an order through their website and made my payment, but I kept checking the site and it never indicated that my order was ready. So, I called Village Pizza to ask about my order. I was informed that my order had been canceled by the restaurant, and the person I spoke to was very rude, saying he was too busy to prepare my order, which I had placed an hour earlier. He didn't seem to care at all and was dismissive. The restaurant explained that the cancellation was due to being too busy. If you decide to order from them, I recommend going in person because their online system is quite frustrating.

Disgusting!! Philly cheesesteak was very bland, no seasoning!! bread wasn?t toasted. And it was sloppy and thrown together literally falling apart. Curly fries were cold. First and last time ordering!! Do not recommend eating here!!!

Ordered online, paid 33 dollars for a pizza.. thought everything was good until I got an Email saying they were too busy and my money would be refunded. That's great, I'm out 33 dollars for 3-5 days... If I get my money back at all, 3rd party onlineservices... Never ordering through them again.
