Starbucks - Texas City

This particular Starbucks location is not recommended. They can be quite rude when busy, showing impatience with customer questions and providing unhelpful responses like "I don't know." During a recent visit for a delivery, it seemed as though they were prioritizing drive-through and walk-in customers over those picking up orders. Despite traveling several miles for an order pickup, I arrived to find that my order had not even been started. After waiting for 15 minutes with no progress, I inquired about the status of my order only to receive another unhelpful "I don't know" response. Overall, this Starbucks experience was disappointing and left me wishing I had chosen a different location, such as the one near 1764 and I 45, which is known for being more efficient. The parking situation at this location is also difficult due to its crowded setting.

Great spot, drinks were just right for me, staff was friendly and enthusiastic. The prices were high, but it's expected with such a beautiful location. Food: 5/5

The bartender at this restaurant offers customers the option to have their drinks shaken when they order a cocktail or coffee. However, they do not charge extra for this service, which seems unreasonable given the already high prices. It's also worth noting that the atmosphere can be quite loud, with the music blaring even when the place is empty. While the drinks are well-made, it's frustrating that the price includes the cost of shaking or stirring them. It feels like they are trying to make money at the expense of their customers. This practice of charging for shaking a drink is excessive and off-putting. I would rate this place 2 stars for the quality of the drinks, but the pricing strategy leaves much to be desired. Overall, it seems like they are cutting corners and taking advantage of customers who expect a properly prepared drink for the price they are paying. It makes you wonder what's next - them just handing over the ingredients for us to make our own drinks? It's a frustrating and unreasonable business practice.

This is definitely my favorite restaurant by far. The staff here are the best, I absolutely love this team.
