Starbucks - Texas City

I came by the drive this morning at 630 a.m. and I just want to say what a wonderful, pleasant and welcoming staff. even if it is thanksgiving tomorrow, they were all in great moods that lift mine. I didn't see the note on my bag until I came home with the cookie, but they all did my morning. thanks and happy thanksgiving

Brand new location just opened up. Employees are still trying to figure out how to make drinks. Management definitely needs to have more training done. Definitely double check your orders before driving away.

My husband goes here just about every day. Talk about friendly! We were there nov 23th at about 10am if this helps but Sorry I can remember her name but there is a young lady that works the window that brightens our day every time we go there. She’s just a ray of sunshine. Do happy y’all opened in this location. Thank you gir the amazing drinks and amazing service. And thank you young lady for making our day everyday !

Beautiful new store. Friendly employees. They’re still getting used to the systems, processes, and clientele though. Give them time. Yes it’s frustrating now. Perhaps the store manager should have brought over some seasoned professionals from other stores to avoid this. Hope they learned from this.

I ordered the holiday chestnut and praline iced and it was so good. The hot version is even better.
