Starbucks - Texas City

Wow! Customer service was great. The staff was friendly and suggested a new drink after I had described what I was looking for in coffee. It was delicious. My daughter also ordered a drink and she didn't think so. They fixed it with a smile and I was so grateful. This place is honestly the best I've ever done. Definitely recommend.

This location is fairly close to my job i work over night and before my 7p shift starts this is when I usually get my coffee. Once in a blue moon when I’m super sleepy after a long 12hr shift and still have 30mins to get home in the morning i stop and get me something for a pick me up. My Iced white choc mocha is ALWAYS delicious and mobile order is always ready for pickup when I get there. One morning I sent a mobile order waited in line and when I got to window the guy said “are you sure u sent it here???” After examining my app I realized I sent it to the I-45 location. I was super bummed I need this coffee for my drive aND was not gonna go to other location. Luckily the guy at the window said “ it’s ok we can make it for you !!! And quickly they did!! I was so impressed and happy I got my coffee I was set for the day. I made sure I gave them a good tip. So thank you kind gentleman for making my morning I’m sorry I didn’t even get his name or I would Recognize him!

Excellent coffee and service and by far the best Starbucks service I have experienced. Staff are polite, patient and have a great attention to detail! They doubled the hot cappuccino and wish us a happy new year. Hopefully, the employees will be rewarded well, as they have earned a lot.

This place is always busy. I went to the mobile pickup and was immediately welcomed. I was asked what my name was and was informed of my command status. Anyone who was entered was also immediately interacted with and given order status. The girl who did this made drinks at the same time and gave great customer service. The drinks are perfect! The dogs love puppy chinos
