Papa Johns Pizza - Texas City

There's always something going wrong with this Papa John's. I want to express my frustration, but I can't find the time to do so. I'm left with a pizza that feels like a total rip-off. Seriously, how does half of my pizza end up still sitting on the pan it was baked in? How does that go unnoticed? The slices that were pulled apart from mine were stale, as if they had been baked earlier in the day and reheated for my order. I paid $31 for this disgusting meal, and I will never order from the Papa John's on Palmer Hwy again. I really wish I had a way to return it and confront someone about this.

I've been ordering the same pizza from this location for nearly three years, but my last three orders were incorrect. I don't usually complain, so I didn't reach out to them. However, I want to note that my recent experience was great—the service and the pizza were both perfect.

The delivery was 25 minutes late, and the large pizza was missing a key ingredient, which was disappointing. We are accustomed to better service, and the prices were outrageous—$45.00 with toppings!

Ordered like at 8 pm didn’t get here till almost 11 like bro what. And they still forgot my soda smh I always order from here and is been great experiences but today they failed me don’t know if i will be ordering from here again after this

Every single time I order from here it takes for ever. I placed my order for delivery at 7:15 and I received a notification at 8:12 that it was on its way. It is now 9pm and I still have not received my order.
