Kfc - Texas City

I received the wrong order, there were no cookies included, and the wait time was quite long. Honestly, it's worth driving to another KFC instead. This experience was disappointing.

Today was my first visit to this KFC, and I was pleasantly surprised by how polite the staff were—from taking my order to the person who handed me my change at the window. When I got home and started eating my meal, I couldn't believe how fresh and hot everything was. The bun was incredibly soft, as if it had just come out of the oven, and the chicken was delicious and not greasy at all. The side dishes I had were also hot and tasty. Although I don’t live near this KFC, I will definitely make the effort to return whenever I crave it.

I tried the new veggie chicken nuggets and rated them a 6/10. The taste was overshadowed by an extremely high salt content and the price was quite steep. On the plus side, they did taste fresh.

We arrived and found that they were only serving through the drive-thru, but the staff member still took our order and got us our food. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were fantastic.

I'm no longer a fan of this place; it's gone downhill. I ordered a three-piece chicken combo with two sides and a medium drink for $10.99. Honestly, it looked like a kid's meal! I wouldn't recommend spending your money here—better to go elsewhere!
