Olive Garden Texarkana

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Olive Garden today. Our waitress, Ciera, provided excellent service by ensuring our needs were met and keeping our drinks topped up. Her friendly and pleasant attitude truly demonstrated great customer service.

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. My waiter was fantastic.

The food was delicious and our waiter was excellent. However, there was a major downside - one of the managers. Typically, you would expect a manager to be friendly and welcoming, but JENNIFER was incredibly rude. She pointed her finger at one of our table members and was unprofessional. Despite repeatedly asking for bread, she claimed it was in the oven each time. Overall, not a very welcoming experience due to her behavior.

Placed an order to go over the phone. I called back to add some items. Each time they were friendly and efficient. I received everything that we ordered and appropriate sides and utensils. Food was good.

Today with my friend to Olive Garden and we had a great experience. Our waitress, Ciera, took care of us. She was really up to the fact that we had everything we needed and that our drinks remained refreshed. And she did everything with a very pleasant and friendly attitude. She was a good example of good customer service.
