Mcdonald's - Texarkana

THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES!!!!I went to grab breakfast this morning, my transaction was simple. After I received my order I kindly asked for ketchup. This lady answered me in the most rude bitter tone; “you should have asked for it at the beginning with the cashier!”. I don’t know who the hell she think she is talking to customers that way, that’s unacceptable!! And it shouldn’t matter when I ask for it, people usually ask for ketchup when they receive their order!I worked for customer service all of my life and I have never spoken to customers In that manner. I don’t care if you hate your job, but don’t be rude to people!! She’s: petite, African-American, with long black braids. I called back to ask for her name, woman on the phone said there’s two women with that same hairstyle. She asked, “ why what’s the problem, ok I’ll speak to her it shouldn’t matter when you ask for it”. Apparently they are use to receiving complaints from this location. The fact that they didn’t want to provide me with her name says it all; they cover for each other and it’s not reported to management, and the issue is never resolved.

The last 2 visits these standorte have been awesome! kudos an den koch, hubby had no good double qtr pounder no pickles in ages! he had made it twice to perfection! thanks, leary’s mcdonald’s!

That was by far the best mcdonald’s I had. the Coca-Cola was on the place that pommes were hot and fresh, salt, ketchup and serviettes in the bag. the sweet girl on the way through was the best! I wish I got her name so I could give her a scream. a

It was already 2 weeks to breakfast.Why is her door locked by 530 and no one will come to the car-duration.

After the journey through the lane was closed for a week tomorrow, I finally asked why. I do not remember that I have ever been so rudely talked about an almost food facility, just because I asked one. I went to this place every morning before work; I'll never go there again. better.
