Chili's Grill - Texarkana

We arrived with a group of six and had only a brief wait before being seated. Our server, Kyle, was fantastic. Our drink orders were taken and served promptly. The appetizers were delivered hot and were absolutely delicious. Our main courses came out just as efficiently and in a timely manner. Our drinks were replenished as soon as we finished them. Before anyone could even bring up dessert, we were all completely satisfied. Everyone enjoyed a delightful meal. The attached photo shows what was left of a smokehouse combo, which included ribs, brisket quesadillas, street corn, French fries, and bread. It was truly a wonderful dish.

I was seated within five minutes, and our waiter was very professional with excellent customer service. The food did take a while—about 45 minutes—but other than that, it was a 10/10 experience!

I ordered the original nachos, which were supposed to come with ground beef. Unfortunately, there was not a single piece of meat on them—just beans and cheese, and they were very burnt. The only good thing I got from there was some chips and salsa, which I redeemed with my reward points. From now on, I think I’ll stick to a place where I know the food will be good. If the restaurant had been really busy, I might have been more understanding, but there were only about seven cars in the entire parking lot.

This was my first visit back in over a year after a disappointing experience. I’m happy to report that tonight, the service and food were excellent! The atmosphere is relaxed, featuring a small bar, a few TVs, and background music playing.

I’ve heard many people complain about the cleanliness, the service, and the quality of the food, but we seem to have been lucky. We’ve never encountered any issues with dirtiness, the service has been impeccable, and the food has been fantastic every single time we’ve visited.
