The carvery is always really good, plenty to choose from. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. There is one member of staff not sure if she is a manager but she is very rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Didn't really make us want to return. Our meal was arranged for 12:30. At this stage you would expect everything to be perfect. Roast potatoes tasted like they had been cooked, left and cooked again or reheated, certainly not hot fluffy and crisp. and quite dry. Sprouts were cold. Most of the meal was warm rather than hot. No parsnips, the sprouts tasted earthy, peas looked like they had been sat there for a long time,almost no gravy and sauces, only the dregs left, they needed to be filled up, shouldn't have to ask.
