Oriental House - Test Valley

I was told that my food would arrive in 30 minutes, but after waiting 45 minutes, I called back and was informed that it was on its way. However, 20 more minutes passed before I called again and was told that my food was waiting for a driver. After another 15 minutes, the delivery finally arrived 40 minutes late. I decided to reject the order and order from somewhere else. The staff seemed dishonest and unprofessional, with one woman becoming frustrated and passing me to a particularly rude and disrespectful man. The driver was friendly and apologetic, but admitted that the restaurant prioritizes taking orders over timely delivery. I urge the restaurant to be more honest about their delivery times in the future.

Had a lovely takeaway from here tonight, was served by a polite young lad in the shop and food was brilliant as always

Definitely the best in Andover and Hampshire. Quick service, exact order and patient staff. I only use the Oriental house now as it’s reliable and good. I recommend it.

I had a positive experience with the takeaway service and enjoyed the delicious food that had a wide variety of options on the menu to suit everyone's taste.

The food was really good and tasty, I always come here for Chinese food. It’s the best in Andover !!
